How do I sign-up to receive local deals, coupons and offer?

There are three ways to join us at shopadocket.com.au...

1) Download and install the app;

2) Follow the prompts when you land on our homepage or go to use an offer; or

3) Click Join in the top navigation or footer of the main website.

Why am I unable to sign in to shopadocket.com.au?

If you’re already a member, simply follow the prompts to login using your email address.

Tap or click forgot password to set a new password, or if that fails, try to sign up again via Not a Member to create a new account.

How do I update my profile or preferences on shopadocket.com.au?

If you’re on the app, navigate to the menu icon at the top right and then tap on My Profile.

For the website, sign into your account and drop down the My Account section in the navigation at the top right of the page. If you’re on a mobile, drop down the nav, sign in and update your profile.

How do I find my docket book and saved coupons?

We've recently changed our website and app. You can still save offers to a docket book, however, we have renamed to "My Offers" and instead of "Add to docket book" you "Unlock" the offer to save it in "My Offers".

What happens when I unlock a coupon or offer?

When you unlock a coupon or offer, you are saving that offer to My Offers section in the app or website. This means, we will hold that coupon in the one spot for you until it reaches its expiry. To access the offer, simply tap the coupon icon at the top or bottom of your screen to view.

How do I remove an unlocked offer from My Offers?

Simply tap the x next to offer in my offers. The offer will then be available to unlock in your homepage and searches should you wish to unlock again.

How do I know when a friend joins and get my free games?

You will note that the free games on your app have increase by 10 meaning you have 10 more chances to play for instant prizes.

How do I print a coupon?

You can print coupons through the website; however both the mobile web and our mobile app produce unique codes that can be used at the point of purchase.

Some offers will say "Unique Printouts Only Accepted". This means that if you need multiple coupons, you will need to do the print action multiple times to generate multiple codes.

Why can’t I find an offer that I found on a supermarket docket on your website or app?

Unfortunately some advertisers only make their offers available via a supermarket docket. You will also find that some offers are available on our website or app, but not on the supermarket dockets.

Can I use a mobile coupon the same way I can use a print coupon?

All coupons on the website may be used as a print or digital coupon. Each coupon may have different terms and conditions of use and its recommended you check the terms before going to use your coupon.

What happens when an advertiser will not accept the offer or coupon under the terms advertised?
