Located overlooking the Bremer River and discretely tucked away behind the historic Queensland Woollen Mill, our facility features climbing ropes, 36’ foot pull up rig, olympic barbells, assault bikes, concept 2 rowers and 373 square metres of training space making us a premier fitness facility in Ipswich. We also provide off street parking, modern toilets, change rooms and showers to freshen up post workout
